Background Checked
NCSI ScreenedNational Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) background screening — the same system used by USAG for national-team coaches. Renewed every two years.
First-Aid Trained
CPR + AEDCurrent CPR, AED, and pediatric first-aid certification required. Because accidents happen and every second counts when a child is on the floor.
